Negotiators from Iran and the P5+1 (the five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council, made up of the U.S., the U.K., France, Russia, and China, plus Germany) reached an agreement to limit Iran's development of fissile materials and to subject Iran to more frequent and thorough nuclear inspections by the U.N. In exchange, some sanctions against Iran will be lifted. There is a six-month window in which Iran has to comply with the agreement and the possibility of further easing of sanctions....
